2023 Supported Browsers List

Browser testing no longer means attempting to make a website look the same in browsers of different capabilities or on devices with different size screens. However, it does mean ensuring someone’s experience of a design should be appropriate to the capabilities of their browser or device.

Our supported browsers list helps communicate what is covered in our quality assurance testing when CauseLabs delivers a new website or web application. We test our work only in current stable versions of major desktop browsers. We do not test in older versions unless agreed upon and estimated separately.

The following outlines our Browser / Device List for 2023 based on the statistics obtained from Global Stats StatCounter (https://gs.statcounter.com).

Supported Browsers

For desktop environments, we will test designs using the latest stable versions of:

  • Chrome
  • Safari
  • Firefox
  • Edge on Windows 11

For mobile devices, we will test your design using the latest versions of:

  • iOS Safari on iPhone and iPad
  • Android Google Chrome

We do not test specific Android devices, or other mobile browsers unless agreed upon and estimated separately.

If enhanced designs are needed to meet legacy browser or specific device requirements, please notify us and we will provide a separate estimate to meet those specifications.
